The Path to Actionable Insights

Description: Just as Six Sigma transformed companies through the use of analytics in

the 1990’s, quality professionals now have the opportunity to develop and lead a culture

of analytics throughout their organizations in support of the movement toward The

Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0. Learn how the knowledge you already have can

help you become a leader and change agent in your organization. I will use case

studies based on our customers’ successes to show you how to move from descriptive

and diagnostic analytics that help you understand your current processes to predictive

analytics to predict what is likely to happen next and finally, to prescriptive analytics to

create an actionable plan. By unlocking your company’s analytics potential now, you will

set your company up for success in the journey toward Industry 4.0.
