Implementing ISO15189 (Medical laboratories – requirements for quality and competence) in a clinical trial lab
Doreen Milford has been working in the quality field for around 34 years. She worked primarily in the Medical Devices Industry (contact lenses, hospital pumps and blood gas analyzers) and has recently taken employment in the Companion Diagnostics field.
She will be discussing the ISO15189 Standard for clinical trial labs and how it differs from ISO9001 and ISO13485.
Re-certification Units: 0.5 RU awarded for Tech Clinic and 0.5 RU awarded for Keynote presentation. Total 1.0 RU.
