Pat La Londe is an executive in Supply Chain Management with expertise leading teams in all aspects of procurement and supply chain including supplier quality, global sourcing, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and integrations across diverse businesses. Pat, is a Fellow member of ASQ, past Chair of the ASQ Board of Directors, and current core council member of APQO. She maintains professional certifications; Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) Quality Engineering (CQE), and Quality Auditing (CQA) from ASQ.
What to tell your boss when he asks you, “What kind of an organization will you need?"
Delmi is a recently certified Quality Engineer working at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems in the Electrical Hardware Design Quality Assurance group. His short career in Quality began in July 2015. Prior to entering the interesting world of Quality, Delmi was a Manufacturing Engineer working with Northrop (Massachusetts), Mitel (Florida/PR), Linkabit, General Instruments, and Qualcomm. He is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico- Mayaguez with a BSEE degree. Delmi has had formal training in Lean Manufacturing Techniques and just about every variant (JIT, TQC, TQM, DFT, 6-Sigma). He has been involved in multiple startups in Puerto Rico, Mexico, and in San Diego. Delmi transferred to the Quality department to make a difference, to drive the processes that produce excellent designs through excellent processes. Still working on that. Obtained his CQE in December 2017. Delmi currently lives in San Marcos, CA.
Re-certification Units: 0.5 RU awarded for Tech Clinic and 0.5 RU awarded for Keynote presentation. Total 1.0 RU.
